User Responsibility:
It is your sole responsibility to review, verify, and edit all content generated by the Services before submitting it to employers or third parties. You assume all risks associated with the use of this content.
6. User Conduct and Prohibited Acts
You agree not to use the Services to:
- Violate any applicable national or international law or regulation.
- Infringe upon the rights of others, including intellectual property rights.
- Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or malicious code.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the Services.

By using the Services, Job Seekers acknowledge that:
- JobProMax is a tool to assist in the application process, not a placement agency.

- We are not responsible for the outcome of any job application.
8. Employer and Recruiter Obligations
Employers and recruiters accessing the Services to post jobs or view candidates must:
- Comply with all applicable employment laws, including equal employment opportunity laws and data privacy regulations.
- Not post false, misleading, or fraudulent job opportunities.
JobProMax does not endorse any specific candidate and provides no guarantee regarding the authenticity of candidate profiles.
9. ATS Score Disclaimer
The Company employs an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) simulation to evaluate job postings and candidate resumes. This "ATS Score" is based on proprietary algorithms intended to mimic common industry software.
Informational Use Only: The score is a rigorous estimate provided for educational and optimization purposes only.
No Guarantee: A high score on JobProMax does not guarantee that a third-party employer's specific ATS will accept your resume or that you will receive an interview.
10. Intellectual Property Rights

“JobProMax” is a registered trademark owned by The Job Helpers Inc. The Services, including logos, graphics, software, and proprietary algorithms, are the property of The Job Helpers Inc. and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.
User Content:
You retain ownership of the personal data, resumes, and documents you upload to the Services (“User Content”). However, by uploading User Content, you grant the Company a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Services to you (e.g., generating your resume).
11. Third-Party Links and Integrations
JobProMax may contain links to third-party websites or integrate with third-party applications. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services. Accessing them is at your own risk.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. THE COMPANY EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (A) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICES; (B) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICES; OR (C) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT.
14. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of the Services shall be governed by the laws of the State of North Dakota, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in North Dakota.
15. Entire Agreement
These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between the parties regarding the subject matter herein and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.
